Erm, juz gimme a moment k... I guess my spontaneous remarks were mistakenly interpretated when u thanked and bade farewell to sik yins parents at the end of her party. Yah, I perfectly understd tt ur greetings were meant to be a gesture of courtesy and formality,as in ... “ Thanks to Uncle and Auntie for being such hospitable hosts to us. ” Juz like u, I did personally thank the “ real Uncle ” and Auntie b4 I left too...(i'm also a polite gal,heehee...)
Well,what I meant was the tone in which u said “ Thank you, thank you... ”(alternatively and rapidly, almost like a tongue twister style) was funny and cute lah...no other implied meaning loh...maybe the way I phrased it, or the way the words came out sounded a bit twisted...
Hope its not too late to clarify this misunderstdg... I often reflect upon each days happenings and events aft a day...so, the little incident juz flashed thru my mind when I was showering...haha... nth serious lah, yah, very trivial in fact...geez...But , well, I still wish to tk the initiative to clear the air or sincerely apologize if I've offended ya unintentionally(but i hope not) in nway k...
