Holiday shopping sprees with my inner circle are rare treasures! The surprise reunion of BPGHS Netball jnrs and snrs during the usual waiting for faces to show up. Unanswered missed calls and unreplied smses. Someone slipping off prior to someone appearing. Persuasion could not sway a stubborn mind. 3 gals waiting for a big boss. How ungentlemanly! Considerate gesture of holding a door registered timely coincidence amongst a sprawling crowd. Grumblings of hunger pangs! Squabbles over Far East Chicken Rice or Turkish meal in between UNOCCASSIONAL toilet breaks! Free flow of lame jokes Corny entertainment by a gd, old [jie-mei], followed by cynical smiles and bullshiting craps! The sights and sounds and smells aside, you catch all the spontaneous ideas flowing. French manicures and haircuts somehow squeezed their way into the (un)planned programme of the day .Contested sponsorships and claims for prospective bday gifts. Testing of numerous nail polishes on my look-like-witch-fingernails.One main lunch and a follow-up lunch as companions meant more idling. Bellboy complained of our feminine indecisiveness, horrible sense of directions and our abuse ( threatened him to carry our shopping add-ons).Shepherd YB guided a Taiwanese Lost sheep KP from MRT station. Lost sheep transformed into messenger to parcel USA apparels. The sterile wait for me to pick a dress vs a skirt! The on and off bickering by 2 towering ladies, who dwarfed any effect of my heels. Real cool Aussie attitude of storming away, leaving the rest stunned, minutes after a frantic circumference-search combing for the missing person. Eccentric poses for photo shots at public phone booths, stares from the public (for hogging the phones? Or the poses? I bet on both!) Poor photographer lousily attempted his random shots, only to head home un-commissioned yet brutally appraised.
My BPGHS [sisters] have definitely grown, each in [her] indv unique ways. But they are the ones who watched me grew. Most impt of all, they aided me to grow. Let’s continue our growth journey together! I am aiming for many many many more growth spurts!(haha,metaphorically and physically)*P Sisters Rockx!
